10 tips för en snygg sorti

Att säga upp sig från jobbet är något de flesta bävar för. Går man bara omkring och väntar på att få sluta kan uppsägningstiden bli ett helvete på jorden. Det bästa är att ta sig i kragen och in i det sista försöka göra ett bra jobb. Det har inte minst du själv nytta av i framtiden.

Tio enkla men tänkvärda tips:

1. Tänk på att det sista intrycket oftast är det viktigaste och det din chef har i minnet när framtida chefer ringer för referenser.

2. Visa inte att du bara går omkring och väntar på att sluta och akta dig för att låtsas arbeta, det märks bara i alla fall.

3. Stå för ditt beslut att du valt att sluta. Berätta också öppet för både chefer och arbetskamrater anledningen till varför du slutar. Har du fått ett nytt jobb med roligare arbetsuppgifter, så säg det. Är anledningen att du får högre lön, är det heller inget att försöka dölja (tvärtom kan det hjälpa dina gamla arbetskamrater som kanske inser att de borde löneförhandla!), men givetvis ingenting att för den skull gå omkring och skryta med. Då faller din popularitet garanterat.

4. Visa att du är villig att ta dig tid att lära upp din efterträdare. Det gynnar också dig själv eftersom du annars riskerar att bli nedringd med frågor efter det du slutat. Dokumentera dina arbetsuppgifter noggrant och se till att din efterträdare och andra vet var dokumentationen finns. Glöm inte att lämna namn på kontaktpersoner.

5. Diskutera med din chef om när det är lämpligt att informera arbetskamrater och kontakter utanför företaget om din uppsägning. Det är inte säkert att chefen vill att du gör det samma dag som du lämnar in din uppsägning.

6. Ta i god tid reda på om du har innestående semester eller komptid. Kan du få ut din semester i tid eller pengar? Ta ingenting för givet och riskera inte att det uppstår konflikter i sista minuten.

7. Försök diskutera med din chef om hur ni kan ha nytta av varandra i framtiden.

8. Även om det är lockande att ta med sig favoritkollegan till ditt nya jobb så är det bättre att vänta med det tills dess att du faktiskt börjat där. Även då riskerar du naturligtvis att det blir sura miner hos din före detta arbetsgivare. Men att börja lobba för det medan du fortfarande jobbar kvar är definitivt ingen god idé!

9. Om du absolut behöver medverka vid till exempel ett möte på ditt nya jobb innan du slutat, se då till att du tar ledigt för att göra det. Vad du gör under din lediga tid behöver du ju faktiskt inte berätta! Kom ihåg att du under din uppsägningstid fortfarande är anställd och att du förväntas göra ett fullgott jobb.

10. Hör av dig till dina gamla arbetskamrater då och då och visa att du inte glömt bort dem. Ett mejl är aldrig svårt att få iväg!

Poland

Again it is time to go to poland, this time it is Gdansk who is the destination, i was 4 weeks in gdansk at work a few weeks ago, and now i goes back down. the reason is the fishing vessel Vestviking, who is in for a big repair, and rebuilding. monday I go.

In Poland

Now we have been here for 6 days, and we have a great time. We are living on Novtel Szczecin, a new nice clean hotel with large rooms, and very nice staff, the car trip went very well, tho it was enough for my 8 month old son in the car from Kiel to Szczecin, Today we extended the trip a bit longer cause it is so good and comfortable here, we go back to Norway Saturday, but first we go to Denmark.

Travel to Poland

Now we are in Oslo, waiting for the ferry Tomorrow. the ferry name is M/V "Color Fantasy"
Today we was just Relaxing in Oslo, eating good food and shopping, Tomorrow at 1400 the ferry leave, and we are onboard.

Things It Takes Most Of Us 50 years to learn

12. A person who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter/janitor, is not a nice person.

13. No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously.

14. When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command. Very often, that individual is crazy.

15. Your true friends love you, anyway.

16. Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.

Travel to Poland

Today I ordered a trip for me, my Wife and my son to Poland.
We will drive from Bergen to Oslo, stay there a few days, and then take the ferry M/S Color Festival to Kiel in Germany. then we will drive to Stettin, and stay on hotel for a week there. I realy looking forward to this trip, cause its a long time since i was in Poland. I love the polish food, service at the restaurants and ofcourse the price on it. I will comme back and report from the trip when we are on the road.

Cant figure out Wordpress

I tryed to make a wordpress blogg, but cant figure out how to put in the adsense codes. I will try littel bit more when I get more time, but like it looks now, I can't manage to get enough time. I will look at it soon.
